At Silver Essence we can create and engrave any pets of your choice. So far we have created, Dogs, Cats, Horses, Birds and People. 

We recommend to do 1 pet per pendant. If you really want 2 pets (e.g 2 dogs) on the same pendant, remember that this won’t increase the diameter size of the finished product. If you order multiple pieces we will automatically deduct 20% from the price during checkout if you order 3+ products.

Absolutely! Please make sure to only use close up photos to ensure that we can bring all the facial features over to the finished pendant.

As your order is 100% unique and custom made, we can’t accept returns. If you have a problem with your final product, please get in touch via our contact page and we’ll evaluate your situation.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, again, get in touch via our contact page and we’ll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quick as we can.

Please submit a replacement request via our contact us page as soon as you notice the damage and/or defect. We will offer you a replacement and send it out to you as fast as we can.

We offer free postal shipping on all purchases exceeding £50.00. If your order is valued less than £50.00, we require a small £3.30 shipping fee.

Once we’ve reviewed and manufactured your order we’ll hand over your package to our shipping carrier within 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday) and then send you your tracking number. 

As every order is uniquely personalised it can take up to 5 working days to be ready to ship.
